Didn't receive an email?

This can have various causes:

  1. Sometimes it takes a few minutes for the email to be delivered. Please be patient.
  2. It can happen that our e-mails end up in your SPAM folder. Please check your email inbox to see if the activation email has landed there.
  3. Some institutions do not allow unknown senders to send emails. This is typically the case at universities, for example, which do not allow e-mails to be sent to students. If you register with such an email address and do not receive an email from us, please use an alternative.
