How to use the Frazier chat feature?

The Frazier chat feature is useful for communicating with other project members.

1. Click on the speech bubble in the text block.
   
2. The chat feature opens up on the right side.
   
3. The timecode will be tagged; write your note afterwards.
   
4. Clicking on the note opens the cue point.
