How to use the quick navigation feature

The quick navigation feature is a great way to search through the audio description, ensure your wording is consistent, and make any global corrections to the text.

  1. Click on the icon in the top right corner of the editor.
  2. This opens up the quick navigation feature.
  3. Enter a term in the search field.
  4. The text blocks (cue points) containing the search term will now appear.
  5. Click on the entry to open the text block belonging to it.

How to use the Search & Replace feature

  1. Click on the icon in the top right corner of the editor.
  2. This opens up the quick navigation feature.
  3. Enter the term you would like to replace in the search field.
  4. Click on the bulk edit button in the top right.
  5. Use the dropdown at the bottom to select Search & Replace.
  6. Enter the term you would like to use instead in the search field below the dropdown.
  7. Click on the Search & Replace button.
