Purpose and legal basis
Our Facebook page is used for presenting our company, products, and services, as well as providing a platform for getting in touch with visitors and users.
This Facebook page, including the processing of users’ personal data, is run on the legal basis of our legitimate interests in providing up-to-date information and support, as well as facilitating interaction for and with our users and visitors as per Article 6, paragraph 1 lit. f. of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Type of data
Facebook collects data from your use on our page. This data is made available to us via “Insights” in statistical, summarised form without reference to the user. As the provider of the information service, we process the following data from this:
“Likes” (total number, comments and shared content), post reach (total number of readers, times), interaction (total number of page users), page views, video views (number of views), personal data (gender, age, place of residence, language).
We, as the operator, have no influence on how the data is collected and cannot switch off the “Insights” function.

Please note that you use this Facebook page and its features on your responsibility. In particular, this applies to the use of the interactive features (e.g. commenting, sharing, rating).

Processing of personal data by Facebook
The European Court of Justice (ECJ) ruled in its judgment on June 5, 2018 that the operator of a Facebook page is jointly responsible with Facebook for the processing of personal data.
Facebook assumes primary responsibility under the GDPR for the processing of insight data (statistical data, see below) and all obligations under the GDPR regardinf to the processing of insight data (including Articles 12 and 13 of the GDPR, Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, and Articles 32 to 34 of the GDPR).
The data collected about you in this context will be processed by Facebook and, where applicable, transferred to countries outside the European Union. In what way Facebook uses the data from visits to Facebook pages for its own purposes, to what extent activities on the Facebook page are attributable to individual users, how long Facebook stores this data and whether data from a visit to the Facebook page is passed on to third parties, is not conclusively and clearly stated by Facebook and is not known to us.
Facebook describes in general terms what information it receives and how it is used in its data policy. You will also find information on how to contact Facebook and on the settings options for advertisements.

Statistical data (page insights)
When you visit our Facebook page, Facebook collects, among other things, your IP address and other information that is present on your computer in the form of cookies. This information is used to provide us, as operators of the Facebook pages, with statistical information about how our Facebook page is being used.

The statistical data (insights) is collected directly by Facebook and provided to us as the operator of the Facebook page in summarised (aggregated) form. We have no influence on the type of processing and the scope of the data provided.

We cannot handle requests to fulfil your rights as a data subject ourselves, as we do not have full access to your personal data. Therefore, we recommend that you contact Facebook directly if you wish to make inquiries about your rights as a data subject.
