Didn’t get the activation email?
This could be due to several reasons:
- Sometimes, it can take a few minutes for the email to arrive.
- Sometimes, our emails may end up in your SPAM folder. Please check your email inbox to see if the email might have been directed there.
- Certain institutions or companies may block emails from unknown senders. This is common at universities, for example, where emails from external sources are often restricted. If you registered with such an email address and did not receive our email, please try registering again with an alternative email address.
Once you’ve completed your registration, you can log in right away. Start by exploring the demo project—it’s a great place to begin. You’ll find more about it in the next chapter.
*Tipp: If you run into any problems, feel free to reach out to support. Be sure to review point 3 first! 😉.
