Live-Edit
Whether it’s editorial work or collaborative writing, working together on a project allows multiple people to make changes to a document simultaneously. These changes are synchronized in real time.

Color Coding
Each team member gets their own color, allowing you to see who last edited which block of text. Your color is automatically assigned when you create your user account. However, you can choose a different color in your profile.
Display of Positions
When someone edits a text, the corresponding timecode is color-coded for everyone. Avoid editing the same text at the same time, as this can cause text to merge or one person’s changes to overwrite the other’s. Pay attention to the markings to avoid this.
Tip: Use the comment system to discuss different text variations. In the end, one person can enter the final text into the document. This way, you won’t interfere with each other’s work.
Real-Time Collaboration
All changes are transmitted in real time. If you are working on the same document simultaneously, you might notice a message saying “Changes saved” or see a block of text or a blue bar moving on the timeline, seemingly by magic.
Tip: Collaborative work may feel unusual at first, but you’ll quickly get the hang of it. Writing together is really fun! 😉
