Delete Account

If you no longer want to use Frazier in the future, you can delete your user account.

You can start a corresponding request for support at the bottom of your profile. We check each deletion request manually. As a rule of thumb, deleting your user account will take place within 24 hours.

Tip: If you don’t need Frazier at the moment, you can simply Cancel your Plan. Your previous projects and your account will be retained and you can start again later.

Stripe

Your billing information will be permanently removed from Stripe, and your current subscription will be canceled immediately. However, your invoices and associated payments will remain accessible.

If your Stripe account has a credit balance, we will transfer it to your bank account. Please provide us with your account details for this purpose.

Create a Backup

For each of your projects, create a “Backup” in case you need the project again in the future.
