How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time if you don’t need Frazier for a while. Upon cancellation, payments will stop and your Frazier account will be frozen. You will still be able to access your projects, but you won’t be able to create any new ones.

1. Open Customer Portal

First, click “Manage Subscription” in your Frazier profile to open your Stripe customer portal.

2. Cancel your Plan

Click on “Cancel subscription” to stop the subscription.

Please note that the billing period for a subscription always covers one month. A planned cancellation will only take effect at the end of the current billing period. Stripe will also display the exact cancellation date.

Once your plan has expired, you will no longer be able to create projects or edit documents in Frazier. However, you can still access your data and export documents if needed.

Resume Plan

To reactivate your plan, log in to your Frazier account. If your account is still active, you can open the Stripe customer portal by clicking the “Manage Subscription” link. If your account is already deactivated, click the “Renew your subscription” link at the bottom right of the info box.

Select “Renew Plan” in Stripe and follow the on-screen instructions.

Once the payment process is successful and the new plan is active, return to Frazier. Your account will now be reactivated, and you can create projects and edit documents again.

Inactive accounts

Please note that we reserve the right to archive your current projects during longer pauses. To save storage space, films may be deleted, but your manuscripts and team configurations will remain intact. You can restore archived projects once you reactivate your subscription. For more details, refer to the “Archive projects” chapter.
