Manage Subaccounts Enterprise
In Frazier, we differentiate between “contacts” (individual accounts) and “subaccounts” (accounts subordinate to a company). If an author already has their own account, follow the “Manage Contacts” chapter to add the contact. Otherwise you can create a subaccount here.

Each company’s subaccount limit is set individually. If the “New Account” button is missing and you cannot create a new account, the current maximum number of subaccounts has been reached. Please contact support for assistance.
How to Manage Subaccounts
- Log in with the main account for the company.
- Open your “Profile” and scroll to the “Collaboration” section.
- Click on “Manage Subaccounts”.
This section provides an overview of all currently created subaccounts. At the top right, you’ll find the total number of subaccounts available for creation.
Create a New Account
Click on the “New Account” button to create a subaccount.
- Name
- The name is displayed when you work collaboratively, among other things.
- The email address is used to activate access and to log in to Frazier. Notifications will also be sent to this email address.
- Avatar
- Optional: Upload a photo. It will be displayed as a profile picture in the team list, among other places. Without an avatar, the initials will be displayed.
- Public Profile
- Optional: Allow users to create a public profile.
- Gast
- Optional: Severely restricts access options for this account. Guests cannot create folders or projects. You must invite them to existing projects for them to be able to work.
- Passwort (und Wiederholung)
- Assign an initial password for access. This should be changed after the access has been activated.
Note: The number of available subaccounts is coordinated individually with the company. If you cannot create a new account (the “New Account” button is missing), the current maximum number of subaccounts has been reached. Please contact support.
Login Credentials
The login credentials will be sent to the subaccount’s registered email address. Please ensure that the email address is active and correct.
Guest Access
Subaccounts without the “Guest” restriction have extensive permissions. They can create projects on behalf of the company and initiate text-to-speech outputs and mixes. Carefully consider the tasks the account will be used for. External employees should generally be granted “Guest” access only.
