Archive

The number of active projects you can manage simultaneously is limited. If you’ve reached your limit, you must either hand over, archive, or delete an old project before creating a new one.

How to Archive a Project

When you archive a project, the large audio and video files of your project are deleted from the server. However, the documents and team settings remain intact.

  1. Open the context menu of the project in the project list.
  2. Select the “Archive…” option.
  3. A page will open listing the consequences of archiving. Click “Archive” and confirm the security prompt.
  4. The archived project will be moved to the archive and will no longer count as an “active” project.

Opening the Archive

If you have archived projects, they will be listed in the archive.

  1. pen the context menu to the right of the “New Project” button.
  2. Select the “Archive” option.

Restoring a Project

If you still have at least one free active project slot, you can restore a project.

  1. In the context menu of the desired project, select the “Restore” option.
  2. The restored project will now have the status “Created.” Upload the video again, and you can open and edit the documents once more.

Tip: You can upgrade to a larger plan at any time if you have too few available projects. This is usually more practical than constantly moving projects to the archive and restoring them.
